The Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C., Trade Commissioner Service confirmed the approval on behalf of Canadian industry stakeholders. TCS provides export expertise to Canadian entities seeking to establish, or extend, a presence in the U.S. market. The approvals are based on areas of expertise; phalanx was approved under TCS’s services relating to Buy American laws and regulations.
